discord as a front-end for claude code
One Discord thread per conversation, one Claude Code session behind each. A daemon owns delivery so a reply never gets dropped when the session is mid-tool-call — the thread is the transcript, and you can pick a conversation back up from your phone.
self-hosted host for one-page html artifacts
Somewhere to put a generated page and get a link back. Zero runtime dependencies and no database — visibility lives in the URL prefix and is re-checked at the origin, so a private doc stays private even if the link leaks into a cache.

A reversible enumeration of all syntactically valid programs. Nothing is stored — the integer *is* the program, and the mapping runs both ways. The Library of Babel, lifted from strings to syntax trees, so every page in it compiles.
an autonomous, scope-gated bug-bounty agent
Points a headless Claude Code agent at one in-scope domain and lets it run a real assessment — recon, endpoint discovery, probing, detection, triage, report — streaming every step to a live dashboard. A single pre-tool scope hook checks each network action against the programs you're enrolled in and denies out-of-scope egress before a packet is sent, writing every decision to an append-only audit trail.

Auto-titles Herdr tabs by shelling out to whichever local harness is installed — agy, claude, codex or opencode. No external API keys, no extra subscription: the model you already pay for does the naming.

Teachers generate tests with an LLM, students take them on mobile, parents get results by email. A Turborepo monorepo — Next.js on the web, Expo for native, Convex for the reactive backend and Better-Auth for identity.
multiplayer semantic word guessing
One player is the Word Master and picks a secret word; everyone else guesses, scored 0–100 by semantic similarity over real GloVe vectors — synonyms run hot, unrelated words run cold. The round timer is a scheduled server function, so the server ends the round, not the client. Semantle, but multiplayer and timed.
